SHIPPING & TRACKING (The Boring but Necessary Stuff)

Where do you ship from? We ship with love from Italy. No dropshipping from unknown warehouses. Your cap starts its journey from here.

How long does delivery take? We know waiting is the worst part.

Italy: 4-5 business days (BRT or Poste Italiane).
European Union: 3-7 business days.

Times include packing. We pack every order by hand.

How much is shipping?

Italy: €5.99. Free for orders of €40 or more.
European Union: €13.99. Free for orders of €40 or more.

Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. We’ll email you the tracking link the second the label is printed. You can refresh the page obsessively (we do it too), but usually, it updates in the evening.

FIT & PRODUCT (Will I look good?)

Will it fit my head? Our caps are designed to fit most heads. They feature an adjustable metal buckle (no cheap velcro). They fit 99% of human heads (Circumference: 54cm - 60cm). Unless you have a megamind-level situation, you’re good.

Is it structured or unstructured? Unstructured. This is a "Dad Hat". It doesn't stand up on its own like a billboard. It molds to your head for that low-profile, "I'm just buying coffee" look.

What is "Washed Cotton"? It means the fabric has been pre-treated to feel soft and broken-in from day one. No stiffness. No "new hat" headache.

Is it Unisex? Yes. Introversion has no gender.

RETURNS & MISHAPS (Risk Reversal)

I don't like it. Can I return it?
You have 30 days from delivery. Yes, a full month. Why? Because we know you hate pressure. Maybe the package sits on your desk for a week before you open it. Maybe you want to see if it matches your favourite hoodie. Take your time.
Returns are free: we send you a prepaid label and refund everything, original shipping included. Just send it back unworn and unwashed. Read the full Return Policy here.

My hat arrived damaged (or the wrong one). Now what?
First: we're sorry. Second: we'll fix it right away. Email support@peppercap.it with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, as you prefer. All shipping is on us. Every cap is also covered by the 2-year legal guarantee.

CARE GUIDE (Don't ruin it)

How do I wash it? Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, ideally in a laundry bag. No tumble dryer: let it air dry in its own shape. Unless you want a hat for your cat.
