Where we ship from

Every order leaves from Bari, Italy. We pack each parcel by hand, with stickers picked one by one. No mystery warehouse, no endless waiting.

Delivery times and costs

Working days are Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded, and they count from your order confirmation, packing included.

These are estimates: if something gets stuck along the way, we'll sort it out (more on that below).

Some special editions may have different rates or delivery options, for example local delivery in Bari. The exact cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay, and that's the one that counts. The price you see is the final one: we don't add VAT on shipping.

Where we ship

To Italy and every other European Union country: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We don't ship outside the European Union for now. Within the EU there are no customs duties or fees.

Couriers and tracking

We ship with BRT or Poste Italiane, always tracked. When your parcel leaves, you get an email with the tracking link. Tracking usually updates in the evening.

Wrong address?

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to support@peppercap.it right away: if the parcel hasn't left yet, we fix it at no cost.

If a parcel comes back because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment.

Damaged, late or lost parcels

Until it's in your hands, the parcel is our business. If it gets damaged or lost on the way, that's our problem, not yours.
Arrived damaged? Write to us with a photo within a few days (if you can, also tell the courier when you collect it). We'll send you a new product or refund you, as you prefer.
Not here within the stated times? Write to us: we open the claim with the courier. If it's lost, we'll reship your order at no cost or refund you in full.
