📦 SHIPPING & TRACKING (The Boring but Necessary Stuff)

Where do you ship from? We ship with love from Italy. No dropshipping from unknown warehouses. Your cap starts its journey from here.

How long does delivery take? We know waiting is the worst part.

  • Italy: 24-48 hours (GLS/Bartolini).

  • Europe: 3-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

  • Italy: Free for orders over 50€ (that’s 2 caps). Otherwise, a small flat rate.

  • Europe/World: Calculated at checkout based on your location. We subsidize part of it to keep it low.

Will I get a tracking number? Absolutely. We’ll email you the tracking link the second the label is printed. You can refresh the page obsessively (we do it too), but usually, it updates in the evening.


🧢 FIT & PRODUCT (Will I look good?)

Will it fit my head? Our caps are democratically designed. They feature an adjustable metal buckle (no cheap velcro). They fit 99% of human heads (Circumference: 54cm - 60cm). Unless you have a megamind-level situation, you’re good.

Is it structured or unstructured? Unstructured. This is a "Dad Hat". It doesn't stand up on its own like a billboard. It molds to your head for that low-profile, "I'm just buying coffee" look.

What is "Washed Cotton"? It means the fabric has been pre-treated to feel soft and broken-in from day one. No stiffness. No "new hat" headache.

Is it Unisex? Yes. Introversion has no gender.


♻️ RETURNS & MISHAPS (Risk Reversal)

I don't like it. Can I return it? You have 60 Days. Yes, you read that right. Most brands give you 14 days. We give you two full months. 60 days. Why? Because we know you hate pressure. Maybe you leave the package on your desk for a week before opening it. Maybe you want to see if it matches your favorite hoodie. Take your time. As long as the cap is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags, we’ll refund you. No stress, no awkward questions. Read our full Return Policy here.

My hat arrived damaged (or the wrong one). Now what? First: We are sorry. Second: We’ll fix it immediately. Email us at support@peppercap.com with a photo. We’ll send a replacement asap. You won't have to pay for the return shipping of our mistake.


🫧 CARE GUIDE (Don't ruin it)

How do I wash it? Please, step away from the washing machine. Hand wash with cold water and mild soap is best. If you absolutely must use a machine, use a hat cage and the gentlest cycle possible. Air dry only. Do not put it in the dryer unless you want a hat for your cat.
